Our Story
At Evolving Minds Services, we believe that every family plays a vital role in a child’s growth and development. Our mission is to bridge the gap between home and school, providing families with the tools and guidance they need to support their children effectively.
As Educational Specialists, we understand that raising a neurodivergent child comes with unique challenges—not just for parents, but for siblings, grandparents, and extended family members as well. Different generations often have different approaches to communication, discipline, and expectations, which can sometimes create confusion or frustration within the family. Our goal is to bring families together through education, coaching, and support, helping every member develop a deeper understanding of their child’s needs.
At Evolving Minds Services, we value diversity and cultural awareness. We recognize that each family comes with its own traditions, beliefs, and ways of interacting, and we tailor our approach to ensure that everyone—parents, siblings, and even grandparents—feels heard, included, and empowered. By offering evidence-based strategies, communication tools, and personalized guidance, we help families create stronger, more supportive environments where children can thrive.
Our purpose is simple: to support families in navigating the unknown with confidence, understanding, and compassion. Whether it's through coaching, consulting, or sensory play opportunities, we are here to ensure that every child has the support they need—at home, at school, and in their community.
About Us

Diana Chuldzhyan, M.A.Ed.
Founder | Educational Specialist
My journey in special education began in high school when I joined the Best Buddies Club, where I developed a deep passion for working with individuals with disabilities. After graduating, I became a Behavior Interventionist, working one-on-one with children to support their developmental and behavioral needs.
Wanting to make a greater impact, I pursued a career in teaching and earned my Education Specialist Credential, specializing in moderate to severe disabilities. I later cleared my credential and earned my master’s degree in special education from California State University, Northridge (CSUN), focusing on evidence-based practices that help children succeed both at home and in the classroom.
After years in the classroom, I realized that true change happens when the entire family is involved in a child’s development. With that in mind, I founded Evolving Minds Services—a family-centered coaching and consulting service designed to provide education, support, and guidance to parents, siblings, and extended family members.
As a mother, I understand the challenges and hopes that come with raising a child. My mission is to empower families with the knowledge and tools they need to create supportive environments where children can thrive. I look forward to working with you and helping your family on this journey!
